8. Changes to Tours
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements. We will provide reasonable alternatives.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants must:

- Respect local customs and laws
- Behave respectfully toward other guests and staff
We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Kenya and subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
